GO-BGC data can be used freely, with no restrictions. However, we ask that GO-BGC is properly acknowledged when used in a publication or a product.

GO-BGC deploys floats with oxygen, nitrate, pH and bio-optical sensors from research cruises of opportunity. Many cruises include supporting measurements used to validate the sensor calibrations. Sensor calibration uses historical shipboard data sets.
