The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC, more commonly referred to as COP28, will be the 28th United Nations Climate Change conference.
The ocean is our planet’s life-support system and a source of hope that humanity will be able to avoid a climate crisis and meet the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. The Ocean Pavilion at COP 28 brings together world leaders in ocean science, engineering, and policy to carry the message that the ocean matters to everyone, everywhere and that science must lead the way in our quest for safe, long-term solutions to climate change.
